My Engagement/Wedding Announcement

The announcement is made of the engagement of Kathleen Elizabeth Korcheck, daughter of Patricia Korcheck of Mentor and the late Mitchell, to Dr. Jeffrey Edward Martinek, son of Warren of New Gretna, N.J., and the late Adele.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in secondary Spanish education and a master's degree in Spanish. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Spanish literature and a graduate teaching assistant at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.
Her fiancé is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in English, and a graduate of Indiana University with a master's degree and a Ph.D. He is employed as co-director of the honors program and assistant professor of English at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Mo.
The wedding is Oct. 1, 2005, at St. Mary's of the Assumption Church in Mentor.

Dear Kathy and Jeff!
Congratulations from Moscow (I hope it's not too late and you haven't divorced already, huh?)
I wish you long and happy life together plus as many kids as you can handle (my experience shows that one is enough and two can drive you nuts in a sec).
